1. Service description

Marcus Labs provides software products for AI creators, including the Marcus AI Chrome extension. Marcus AI automates interactions with AI platforms such as Google Flow, ChatGPT, and Grok — batch prompts, queues, workflows, reference images, Telegram control, and downloads.

Important: Marcus Labs products do not run AI models themselves. Image and video generation is performed by third-party platforms under your own accounts and quotas.

These Terms apply to all Marcus Labs websites and products unless stated otherwise.

2. Acceptance

By installing or using a Marcus Labs product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. User responsibilities

• Comply with applicable laws and the terms of Google Flow, OpenAI, xAI, and other platforms you automate
• Do not use Marcus products to create illegal, infringing, or harmful content
• Keep your accounts and credentials secure
• Do not reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the service
• Do not share or resell paid accounts

4. Plans and payment

Marcus AI may offer Free, Pro, and Premium tiers. Feature limits are described on the Pricing page and inside the extension. Paid plans are billed by Lemon Squeezy on behalf of Marcus Labs. Sign in to the extension with the same email used at checkout so your plan can sync.

5. Intellectual property

Marcus Labs branding, code, and site content are owned by Marcus Labs. You receive a license to use our products under these Terms; you do not acquire ownership. Content you generate on third-party platforms remains subject to those platforms’ terms.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that third-party AI sites will keep working with our automation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to Marcus Labs products will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using our products at any time by uninstalling the extension.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
